saw this fully lighted up today at marina square.if you've been in town for the past few months, you would have noticed lighting railings sprouting up along the route of the upcoming f1 night race coming up in about 2 weeks' time.
while the structures seem out-of-place and do not blend in with the surroundings, they do serve their purpose in filling the road with a brightness that's blindingly unreal.
