dinner @ hong kong café

this was arranged by sally about 2 weeks back. originally planned on the 11th but since i’m going diving, sally was nice enough to accommodate me.

drove her mad when i suggested to the girls to go for the chocolate buffet at fullerton hotel instead. :) haha…

needless to say, i was the one who came up with the idea of eating there. except for serene and jeanette, the rest have not eaten there before.

this is the 1st time we had so many from the team out for a informal dinner gathering. hp, an ex-colleague from another team joined us too.

i tried the dry version of the instant noodle which eric likes a lot. while i was tossing the noodle and mixing it with the gravy, i realised that they did not give me my slice of luncheon meat!

how can they forget that?! so i sent the bowl back to the kitchen for my canned meat. :) must get what i paid for, right?

the girls and hp liked what they’ve ordered. since nobody was game enough for desserts, i also skipped mine lor. anyway, their dessert selection isn’t very extensive and there wasn’t something i was dying to have.

we chatted till about 10+ before i took the scenic route back by sbs service number 14.

Egads! How could they?! :-)

Luckily you were eagle-eyed enough to spot the missing luncheon meat.

Hey, maybe they were hit by their temporary blindness again -- remember their previous bo luo bao-blindness?
